Our current field, located just north of Albany, OR provides members with a 525' x 32' geo-textile covered runway, along with a fully fenced pit area, 3 taxiways, and 4 pilot boxes. The bulk of the runway is above-grade and is usable year-round.
Models Allowed:
We welcome all types of AMA sanctioned flight (excluding turbine) at all times the field is open. You will find our members fly everything from large scale gas planes to small electrics, both fixed and rotary wings.
Field Access / Hours:
Our field is on private property that the landowner graciously allows us to use. In return it is expected that we take care of this facility as well as be respectful of it's neighbors and their needs and concerns.
- Access to the field is via a combination lock. New members will be given the code upon payment of their annual dues. The combination will be changed as necessary, with the new code given to all members in good standing.
- The field is open to electric flight during daylight hours and ignition based models are allowed between 9:00 AM and dusk.
