Galveston Radio Control Fun Flyers, Kokomo, Indiana, USA

We are an AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) chartered club that flies in the Galveston, Indiana area.
Through the generosity of the Town of Galveston, we have a flying site that costs the club virtually nothing.
This allows us to have club dues of only $35 per year.

We are primarily sport flyers just out to have a good time and we welcome any new members, whether they have experience or not.
We have a couple of members of the club that have been informally designated as "instructors" that will help non-experienced pilots get their planes safely in the air and teach them to fly with the use of a "buddy-box".
There is never a charge for lessons at our field. Try that at the local Golf course!
As with most clubs, Saturday and Sunday are the busiest days at the field but there is activity during the week as well.
Our field is open 365 days of the year. Heck, we even fly off of the snow sometimes!
