Northeast Side Taildraggers R/C Aviation Club, Noblesville, Indiana, USA

Northeast Side Taildraggers (NeST-RC) is a radio-controlled model aircraft club located about 15 miles northeast of Indianapolis Indiana, first chartered by the AMA in March of 2011.
We have developed a flying site near Klipsch (formerly Verizon Wireless) Music Center, just off exit 210 on I-69. In 2012 we signed a 5 year agreement with the City of Noblesville to fly behind the Fire Station at 15251 Olio Road.
An enormous amount of work has gone in to this site development.

Site amenities include:
- Runway 17/35 is 365 long and 52 wide, and is covered by a smooth geotextile fabric material. The fabric is an excellent flying surface for all wheeled aircraft micro to 40%.
- Runway 9/27 is 258 long and 35 wide, and is also covered in geotextile fabric.
- The entire pit area and ample taxiway space is also covered in geotextile fabric.
- There are 3 dedicated helicopter circles on the fabric connector between the runways.
- The runways are marked with numbers and centerlines, the safety flight line and taxi areas are also marked.
- There are 8 safety pilot stations; 4 in front of runway 17/35, 2 in front of the heli circles and 2 in front of runway 9/27.
- There are 6 custom-built pit tables in the pit area (more will be built as needed).
- There is a 20 x 20 metal shelter on the spectator side of the pit fence with 3 picnic tables and a locker cabinet (all members have access to the locker cabinet).
- Port-a-potty on-site
- Parking on site for up to 20 vehicles. Overflow parking in the fire station lot for up to 20 more vehicles.
- 120VAC electrical outlets!
